Planning consent for Fenham Road, Peckham

October 2020

Our design proposals for five new homes on a redundant garage site on the corner of Nutcroft Road and Fenham Road, Peckham, have been granted planning approval by the London Borough of Southwark. .This project forms part of the fourth phase of the London Borough of Southwark’s New Homes Development Programme and is one of a number of sites which we are working on for the Council. Building Awards Finalist

October 2020

We are delighted that our New Science Building at the University of East Anglia has been shortlisted in the Digital Construction category of the 2020 Building Awards. We used BIM to successfully coordinate complex laboratory M&E and fit-out, including 55 fume cupboards,10500 linear m of pipework, an 890m2 super-lab for teaching 140 students simultaneously and 28m high chimney. Scaffolding comes down at Bridport Place

September 2020

The scaffolding is down at Bridport Place, Hackney and the brickwork and tapered balconies are looking great in the sun! Well done especially to Paul and Francois in the office. Bancroft Estate Regeneration Approved

September 2020

We are delighted that our proposals to regenerate the Bancroft Estate, near Bethnal Green Tube Station, have been approved by the planning committee of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
Two new buildings will be provided creating 33 new apartments and a new community space and offices for the Tenant Management Organisation.

NLA Awards Shortlist

September 2020

We are delighted that our project at the former Maria Fidelis School site in Camden has been shortlisted in the NLA Awards 2020. This innovative meanwhile use of a former secondary school in Euston leverages the education and employment opportunities of HS2 whilst minimising the impact of a major construction site on surrounding homes.
