FBM Architects have secured planning consent for 30 new homes across two sites within the Ashmole Estate in Lambeth for Metropolitan Thames Valley.

At Ebbisham Drive, a former garage site will be transformed into a contemporary terrace of fifteen new homes, including townhouses and apartments. The stepped roof profile created by the generous private terraces along the street elevation, together with the projecting windows, create a dynamic façade. A rusticated brickwork base defines the ground floor and entrance with vertical stacked bricks for each floor and parapet.

At Meadow Road our scheme replaces the existing Tenants’ Hall on the site with a sustainable and contemporary space modern facilities. Fifteen new shared ownership apartments are located above the hall.

The project is currently at tender stage.
