FBM Architects are delighted to have been reappointed for the new L&Q architecture framework.

Our work with L&Q ranges in scale from the redevelopment of small backland sites, using innovative house types to deliver high quality places to live which overcome challenging constraints to masterplans for new neighbourhoods across London.

We look forward to continuing to work with L&Q as part of the new framework, which will run from 2019 to 2021 and is anticipated to involve between £10 million and £50 million worth of housing projects, including new builds, refurbishments, masterplanning and mixed-use developments.
