FBM were appointed as delivery Architects by St Modwen Homes to deliver The Dice at St Andrew’s Park in Uxbridge – a former RAF base. The Dice form the final phase of development on the site and will provide 101 luxury apartments for private sale.

The new homes are arranged across seven pavilions or ‘Dice’ set over three and four storeys, with enclosed winter gardens, orientated to provide year-round views of the beautiful parkland setting.
