White City Living is a residential development by St. James, part of the Berkeley Group, located in the White City area of West London. The development aims to offer modern, high-quality living spaces with a strong emphasis on contemporary design and well-being, while integrating with the surrounding community and local infrastructure.
Phase 4 and 5 are the last to be built on the site, with Phase 5 a 30 storey ‘flagship’ end of phase release. The two phases contran 670 units over 4 buildings, a mix of private and affordable, including residents amenities and St James Divisional headquarters. They are say above a podium landscape of water features and cascading water pools. Servicing and car parking sits under the podium.
FBM’s scope is to take the master plan design, and develop Phase 4 and 5 through its final design iterations, providing technical delivery services through to completion.
This includes reviewing internal flat layout design to St James’ exacting standards, reflecting the latest sales requirements. It has involved significant changes to flat location and core orientation to maximise views and sales values, developing penthouse units with interior designers, developing the external facade package into technical design as a unitised facade, leading St James through this approach following our knowledge at Clarendon Road.
