FBM Architects have submitted an application to the London Borough of Merton on behalf of Heritance Land Capital to redevelop a former office building in Raynes Park to provide 18 new high quality homes.

The new apartments are arranged in a five storey villa block facing Amity Grove and a three storey mews building to the rear.

The site lies at the transition between a residential area and the commercial centre of Raynes Park and adjoins Shakespeare Villas, an attractive locally listed terrace dating from 1885 which provides a cue for the materials and detailing of the new building, including profiled string courses and chequerboard brick detailing.
