We were delighted that our designs for 47 new homes at 92 Leyton Green Road Walthamstow, was approved by Waltham Forest Council’s Planning Committee at a virtual meeting on 5th May.

Our designs for the new development were developed in partnership with Waltham Forest Council and contractor Jerram Falkus. Named Cedar Lawn, the scheme will provide 19 one bedroom, 16 two bedroom and 12 three bedroom homes.

The development, on the site of an existing respite care centre, is being used to fund the construction of a new centre and therapy hub on a nearby site. The new homes are arranged in two buildings which open onto a landscaped courtyard.

The project is due to go on site this summer.
