A competition proposal for a University adding a new Agricultural Informatics Research Centre. The lower floors provide heavily-serviced laboratories and include generous circulation spaces for informal student learning and interaction. Rammed earth walls offer textured structural support and are a thematic touchstone for the building, which is capped with an angled glass and steel glazed roof; making it a significant sculptural feature of a highly controlled centre of research.
